Harry and the order of the pheonix

Unless you are a barbarian, I'm pretty sure you heard about or read the famous book series, the Harry Potter series. In the series, a book was so long, that it took me a month to read it.  If you don't read the other books, which is also long, it's hard to understand the book perfectly. If you are a crazy fanatic of fantasy novels, you must , I mean must read this book.
The book is about exactly the title, Harry and the order of the pheonix. Him and the order as one goal to acheieve. Kill the evil lord, Voldemort, and save the world! Of course, they do save the world. However, Voldemort somehow manages to come back. Anyway, the conflict between Harry and Voldemort is very tense. They simply want to kill each other. The reason? It's beacuse baby Harry somehow had the power to demolish Voldemort.
My past self had a hard time reading the book. 765 pages for a average English speaking Korean could be, and it is, a challenge. To read this book, I required patience, a love for fantasy, and practice to be patient. To talk about fantasy, J.K Rowling is an awesome fantasy writer. Do you know why? One, she has about a billion readers throughout the world. Two, her stories make me laugh, want to read more, and sometimes even cry. She can describe things so lively.
The fifth book in the series did a very important job. The most grieves, the most triumphs, and the most excitement. If you ask me why I like this book so much, now you konw the reason. These reasons also, is why I recommend this book to you.

An ode to house

If you are gone,
My life would be done,
My dear, dear home.

You contain computers,
Please keep away robbers,
My dear, dear home.

You enable grandmother to cook,
You let me read a book,
My dear, dear home.

You don't have a pool,
But you keep me cool,
My dear, dear home.

For all these reasons,
Not a pack of raisins,
I love my home.

How to train a dragon

Once upon a time, there were dragons who roamed the world(I define the world as the universe). There were two kinds of dragons, which were Western species and Eastern species. The two breeds were very different from each other. Eastern dragons were kind, protective to people, and respected by gods. On the other hand, western dragons were violent, cruel, and evil. Also, there were two tribes who lived among the dragons. The Viking tribe, and the Draco tribe. The Viking tribe hated dragons, so they didn't raise ant dragons. So, they had to build an army completely comprised of people. However, the Draco tribe lived harmoneously with dragons. They raised dragons, and they could have a strong army comprised of both dragons and people who were trained specially to battle by using dragons. In fact, the tribe had the strongest army in the whole world! Since now you readers know the background, I shall begin the story.
One day, the two tribes had a big fight over who should harvest the moon-corn which have grown on their border. The fight got bigger and bigger. Eventually, the fight became a war. At the beginning, the Viking tribe was winning because without dragons, Draco tribe was weak. You might ask where the dragons are. Well they were taking a wonderful break after lunch. Then eventually, they heard the swords clanging, screams of people being slayed, and everything. Soon, the dragons were up on the battlefield, helping the Draco tribe. Western dragons and Eastern dragons worked with each other quite well under people's supervision, considering Western dragons fight with Eastern dragons often. When the war ended with the Draco tribe winning, Draco tribe had a feast. Eastern dragons participated in the party, but Western dragons were hungry for some more war. So, they started to tick off the Eastern dragons. Although Eastern dragons are tolerate, they got really annoyed and started to fight the Western dragons. The Draco tribe panicked and ran away from the scene. Even though the tribe stayed far away from the dragons, they could hear the loud roaring, fire being breathed out, and Eastern dragons' nonstopping negotiation. The dragons from far away started to watch the war or participate in it. The war was unstoppable for the puny people.
The war ended twenty years later with the Western dragons' defeat. The Eastern dragons were practically weaker, but the fear of disaster for people led to less number of Western dragons. So, basically Eastern dragons won by having an advantage of the number of the participants. Anyway, the village was destroyed. Burned houses were left open for theft. The crops were gone. The water evaporated from the rich lake. The Draco tribe just could not establish a new tow there, so they deserted the land. After fourty years of searching, they are said to be living in a planet called earth. And as the decendants of the Draco tribe, dragons are alive and kicking in our minds. I cannot stop but wonder, was living harmoneously with dragons really a benefit for the Draco people?

Life in Canada

Once in my life, I went to stay abroad in Canada to improve my English skills. I had stayed there for 2 years, and I cannot forget that time. I will describe my wonderful life that I had there. So watch carefully. Try not to fall asleep.
I first appeared in Canada in September 1st, 2009, in the Toronto airport. When I arrived at my aunt's house, which is is London, it was amazing. First of all, the house was not an apartment, but it was actually a detached house. Second of all, it had a basement, a 2nd floor, and a huge garage. The house was very interesting. Even if I was abroad, I still had to go to school. I went to Masonville public school, which was smaller than I thought. When I first appeared in the classroom, it was an another interesting scene. I was pretty shocked. As days passedm everything got familiar. The smartboard, the chess board, and even the ticking of the clock! As I got more familiar with my classmates, I could feel my English skills were improving. When the two years passed, I was disappointed to the fact that I had to go back. I was treated like a son in the household.
If you ever say if I wanted to go back, I would definetly say yes. I miss the time I had there, and I'll never forget it.                                                                                                                                     사전 썸네일

Lesson teaching expereince

Trying out new things isn't so easy for me. However, there were some experiences that taught me trying out new things is a good thing. Since then, I somehow got courage and tried to try new things out. Now, I will tell you a story that I would never forget.
It was a weekend on the year 2007. The weather was very nice. That's one reason dad took me out on a drive. I went to a lake, and I don't remeber it's name. There were a lot of things to do. Gum ball machines, game machines, markets, boats, and candy shops were there. I had a lot of fun there. When we got to the parking lot to go back home, my dad found a ride called 'Viking.' It's a ride that rocks back and forth.
At that time, I hadn't rode a 'Viking' before, so I was scared. I tugged on my father's sleeves to urge him to go back to our car, but he wouldn't budge. Instead, he said, 'Having new experiences is good, son.' I had no other choice but to ride it. I rode on it, and I think I might have been trembleling. Click, the seatbelt went. The 'Viking' started to rock. But, guess what? It was actually fun! Later, I told my dad to let me ride it again, but we had to leave because of the time.
썸네일       That is one of the most important expereince in my life. It will always teach me a lesson, and I am glad I rode on that 'Viking.'

My name is Jae won Lee

Before 1998.7.24, there wasn't a person with such a thick eyebrow. Ever since 1998.7.25, there IS a boy with a really thick eyebrow, and that's me. Don't tease me about the distinctive eyebrows. It's just inherited genes. I'm not tall. In fact, I'm short. I don't think my eyebrow help me grow up, so I guess I'll jsut have to drink a lot of milk. Talking about milk, I used to drink a lot of milk when I was abroad to Canada. I know it's random, but that is why I am speaking 'pretty' good english(I might be worse than you people), and that's how I got to GLPS.
Now, let's look at my personalities. I get angry easily, and that's a problem. That's a reason I get into fight a lot. One of my other personalities is bing funny. I don't mean to brag, though. Even though I'm saying I'm funny, some people don't appreciate my humor. Well, some people even hate me. That's because I TRY to be funny, and sometimes I intimidate people. One time, I got yelled at because I interuptted classes too much. My final distinctive personality is being cooperative. I don't argue much with people. If it's not a debate or a fighting situation, I always let my opinion down. Sometimes things get messy, and I stop being cooperative, and get angry, and fight occurs.

Let's look at what I like. I like spaghetti. Well, it's not like, it's LOVE. My grandmother never understands me. She just likes traditional noodles. Yes, they are good, but for me, spaghetti is much, much better. With those tomato sauce... I should be careful to not spill saliva onto the floor when I imagine spaghetti. I also like baseball. Honestly, I'm not good at baseball. That's why I end up watching baseball games in my home. I like to eat spaghetti when I'm watching a baseball game.

Well, this is a basic introduction of ME, and 'me' is a boy with the thick eyebrow, and 'the boy with the thick eyebrow' is Jae won Lee. Thanks for reading all this. If you didn't finish reading it, you'll not have a comfortable sleep at night.
